Terms of Service

By downloading our application, creating an account, browsing our website, or otherwise accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years of age to register for an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.

• Account Security: You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration info. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (managed securely via Clerk) and are liable for any activity conducted under your account.

• Unauthorized Use: You must notify us immediately at support@savvyx.app upon discovering any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ollo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and install a copy of the Ollo mobile application on a mobile device that you own or control, and to use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational language learning purposes.

This license does not allow you to distribute, rent, sub-license, host, or commercially exploit our application or AI tutoring modules.

To protect our AI backend and maintain fair service limits, you agree NOT to:

• Use any automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to access, scrape, or extract conversational texts, prompt setups, or database elements from the Service.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or copy the architectural workflow, character models (e.g., Daniel, Clara, Leo), or prompts of our AI Tutors.

• Launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, upload malicious software, or flood our audio processing or text endpoints with excessive artificial requests.

• Use the Service to build a competing language learning product or voice scoring model.

• Engage in abusive, harassing, obscene, or threatening language during conversations with the AI or support teams.

Ollo uses advanced artificial intelligence algorithms, speech recognition engines, and language models to evaluate your speaking skill, offer accent correction tips, and generate simulated conversations.

• Accuracy Warning: AI feedback, grammar suggestions, translations, and pronunciation scores are intended strictly for educational practice. The AI system may occasionally generate incorrect translations, make analytical errors, or suggest unnatural sentence structures. Ollo is NOT a human certified translator or official testing body.

• No Warranties: The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ollo does not guarantee that AI responses will always be accurate, appropriate, or error-free.

• Free and Pro Tiers: Ollo offers basic features for free alongside premium paid subscription tiers (e.g., Ollo Pro) offering unlimited AI conversations and deep analytical review.

• Billing: Subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing. Payments, renewals, and billing schedules are subject to the policies and terms of Apple Inc. and Google LLC.

• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid renewals, you must cancel your subscription within your App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

• Refunds: All transactions are processed by Apple and Google. Refund requests are subject to their review and policies; Ollo cannot issue refunds directly for app store payments.

• Ollo Ownership: All software code, UI designs, logos, graphics, brand assets, custom scenarios, database layouts, and AI tutor character profiles (including names and prompt configurations) are the exclusive property of Ollo and its licensors.

• User Ownership & License: You retain ownership of the audio files and transcripts you submit to the Service. However, you grant Ollo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to process, host, translate, and analyze your input text and voice recordings solely for delivering, maintaining, and improving the AI language tutor service.

We reserve the right, without liability, to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in behavior that harms our servers, or abuse the AI systems.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also request voluntary account deletion at any time, which permanently removes all data within 24 hours.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ollo, its directors, employees, partners, or API suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill—resulting from:

• Your access to or inability to access or use the Service.

• Any conduct or content of any third party or AI engine within the Service.

• Any bugs, server downtime, or transmission errors.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Mongolia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action, suit, or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, or via binding international arbitration, as agreed by both parties.
