Delete Account Request

In accordance with App Store guidelines, you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data here.

Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. This will erase all your streaks, learning progress, saved vocabulary, and credentials. This cannot be undone.

To delete your account:
  1. Go to the profile settings tab in your Ollo mobile app and click 'Delete Account'.
  2. Alternatively, fill out the form below and our support team will process your deletion request within 24 hours.
