A. Registration & Account Information: When you register, we collect authentication credentials, such as your email address, name, and profile details. Account creation and authorization are managed securely via Clerk.

B. Voice and Audio Recordings: When you interact with our AI Tutors and record your speech through the microphone tool, we capture your audio input. This audio is processed immediately to translate, transcribe, score pronunciation, and perform grammatical analyses.

C. Usage & Diagnostic Data: We collect analytics regarding app interactions (e.g., tutors selected, conversational scenarios active, streak details, lesson completions, and time spent). We also log device-specific data, including your IP address, operating system, browser type, and device type to diagnose server issues.

3. How We Process Voice & AI Interactions

Speech processing is central to Ollo’s educational value. Here is exactly how we handle your voice:

• Real-Time Transcription: Your recorded speech is sent securely to Speech-to-Text (STT) models to generate text transcripts.

• Pronunciation Scoring: We analyze phoneme-level voice prints to cross-reference syllables and highlight mispronounced sounds (such as th-consonants, f/v vowels, and endings) common to native Mongolian speakers.

• LLM Evaluation: Transcripts are fed to secure Large Language Model (LLM) endpoints (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini) to generate contextual tutor responses, grammar corrections, and localized translation guides in Mongolian.

• Voice Data Protection: We do not use your raw voice recordings for any marketing campaigns or sell them to data brokers. They are used exclusively to calculate metrics, generate reviews, and improve the AI speech tutor engine.

• Third-Party Service Providers: We partner with trusted companies to facilitate our service (e.g., Clerk for authentication, Supabase for cloud database storage, OpenAI and Google Cloud for AI API queries, and analytics providers). These providers only access data necessary to perform their technical duties.

• In-App Payment Processors: Subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing. Payment details are processed directly by Apple and Google and are governed by their respective privacy policies.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety, properties, and legal rights of Ollo, our employees, and our users.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your personal data and lesson progress for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account, you have complete control over your data:

• Deletion Methods: You can initiate deletion directly in the profile settings tab of the Ollo mobile application, or by visiting our dedicated Go to Deletion Page on the website.

• What is Erased: Upon confirming account deletion, all personal profiles, email addresses, learning progress, voice history, streaks, and saved vocabulary lists are permanently deleted from our databases within 24 hours. This action is irreversible.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age. Ollo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
